Rental Capped Marketing

An all-inclusive rental option covering 10–15 professional photos, a floor plan, and any standard rental-related extras required for the listing. Designed for property managers and agencies who want predictable pricing, minimal admin, and a consistent outcome every time.

Priority Rental

A higher-end rental shoot delivering 10–15 images, styled and captured more like a sales listing, with faster turnaround and priority scheduling. Ideal for time-sensitive listings, same-day batching, or agents who value speed and reliability over price.

Standard Rental

Our most commonly selected option, providing 10 professional images with standard turnaround and normal booking availability. This is the default choice for most rental listings, balancing coverage, speed, and value.

Basic Rental

A no-frills rental shoot including 7–8 clean, professional images for straightforward listings where price is the main consideration. Turnaround is slightly longer, bookings are limited to selected days, and priority scheduling is not included.

Return Visit (Update Photos) *

A short follow-up visit to capture 1–3 updated images once works are complete, such as landscaping, driveway, fencing, or minor internal updates. Available within two months of the original shoot and must be booked alongside another job or within an existing run, subject to availability.
